Technical Skills

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in L2 support
  • Should have atleast 2 years experience in Leading a team
  • Knowledge of Java, JDBC, SQL and SQL queries is mandatory
  • A basic understanding of HTML is required
  • A basic understanding of Linux, Commands, Scripting, and Analyzing the logs is a must
  • Knowledge of PPT, XLS, and Macros is required

Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Good attitude,commitment and integrity

Relevant experience

  • Experience should be in software engineering roles (technical), such as a developer, L2 support engineer or equivalent
