Technical Skills
- The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in L2 support.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
- An ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Java programming, SQL requests, and Oracle Databases.
- Should have an understanding on the webservice and batch processing.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Kibana, Splunk, ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
- Proficiency in functional and technical architecture.
- Analyze and deep dive into subjects independently, report and pilot actions of several transversal terms (Dev, Indus, DBA, Business and other IT teams).
- Experience in customer centric approach to understand technical issues, resolve at each stakeholder level.
- Inquisitive in spirit and should possess an ability to deep dive into issues and provide solutions in ensuring the best user experience.
- Good knowledge in Windows application.
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication both written and verbal
- Good attitude,commitment and integrity
Relevant Experience
- Experience should be in software engineering roles (technical), such as a developer, L2 support engineer or equivalent
